ok so i have just beaten all the Sinnoh maps :X:X with the next team :

Rayquaza lvl 100
Charizard lvl 50
Regigigas lvl 54
Kyogre lvl 52
Rayquaza lvl 56
Infernape lvl 51

but all i used was my lvl 100 rayquaza and the Kyogre.....anyway....that's not important
My question is - Now that i finished the sinnoh maps too,if i use the pokemon center,do i need to beat the leaders again to capture the pokemons in the last map or all the maps will remain available even if i use the pk center ?

EDIT: i Just finished the Unova League too with the same team :X

You can not use the Pokemon Center when fighting the Sinnoh leaders even if you already beat them. You have to go through all the other gym leaders first without healing to catch a Pokemon in the later maps.

Adding on to what Nu said, he's right, but also, you keep your badges once you obtain them.

That really depends on what you have achieved in game. If you've completed all targets you can think of then I suggest you level every Pokemon you have to level 100 or you gotta catch 'em all!
